Is it a feature suggestion? Suggestions are considered, but not always implemented. It depends how much they would be useful and how much effort would be needed to code them. However, if many users ask the same thing, it'll usually end up being implemented.

Is it to report a bug? If yes, make sure you give the most information possible to help us track down the bug. It should include:

The version of KoroIRC you are using, including the build number
The version of Windows you are using
If you are using Windows XP or higher, whether Themes and ClearType are enabled
What you were doing at the moment of the crash. This could include what networks you were connected to and what channels you were in (as some crashes only seem to happen on certain servers/channels)
If possible, a crash dump file or a stack trace
If it's a graphical bug, a screenshot of it
